Just head's up. I bought bees wax off ebay that was supposed to be 100% pure. I threw it into molten lead and it went up in flames. I dont think this should've happened. Pure bee wax should sink into the molten lead without catching fire AFAIK.

Sounds like they sold you a product commonly known as Paraffin which is a petroleum by-product and highly toxic...i got my bees wax from an organic food seller , i asked them for the organic certification to make sure that it was all authentic.

The ebay seller said this was from their own bee hives .. apparently they lied.
So lesson is, test your wax on lead, without any salts just to see if the wax is any good before you go putting precious salts into the wax. That's why i tested my wax, i wanted to see what happens.
Will be doing more tests and post back here what i see.
