there is a spirit drawn from may-dew which has wonderful virture attributed to it. the method of collecting and preparing it, is describe by Hanneman, physician at Kiel. it is to be gathered in clean linen cloths; expose to the sun in close vials' then distilled, and the spirit thrown upon the caput mortum; this is to be repreated till the earth unite with the spirit, and become liquid; which happens about the seventh or eight cohobation or distillation, by such means you gain a very red, odoriferous spirit. it is apparently from the preparation of this dew, that the brothers of the rosy- cross took their denomination.ref;Encyclopaedia Brittanica,,, dont know if some of you guys had study Hanneman and some of is group,,,,

Here is the encyclopedia source for Hanneman's dew method. This little article is useful not only as a source for this little tidbit, but also contains good advice for dew collection. This is great. Thank you!!!,M1

Isn't Google books fun?
