Has anyone used Himalayan Crystal Salt? A quote from the label "300 million years ago, a vast primordial ocean covered the area that would become the Himalayan mountain range. The salt from that unpolluted ocean was preserved as large crystal formations, which now yeild the purest salt on earth. This salt is crushed and sieved in a family owned factory...Himalayan Crystal Salt is bio-energetically 'alive' and contains the same minerals as our bodies...These minerals also give Himalayan Crystal Salt it's pinkish color."

Yes, I have used Himalayan salt and it is inferior to salt taken from the sea. Also, the pink color owes to the salts Iron content and unless you bleed from a vagina once a lunar cycle, extra Iron in your diet can be harmful to your heart.
