Alkahest derived from Reusenstein path

Dear friends, there are concerns regarding the potency of the Alkahest derived from the Reusenstein path. It has been mentioned by several members that it is too strong so extra caution must be taken regarding its use for health, anti aging and longevity benefits. I have seen that some of you have followed this fast path. Does any of you have any suggestions regarding the minimum dosage, duration and frequency of intake and would like to share with us the effects and the benefits of this Alkahest that were experienced during personal experimentation?
