Is that oil from zinc acetate path?

Zinc is not a supplement you want to get wrong

Copper is like the sun and zinc is like the moon and they both must be balanced with one another in the body or else all hell can break loose

I found that relying on supplementation is not really that healthy because it is easy to mess up

You can use mineral supplementation as a boost or an adjuvant but never as a cure for anything

You are better off eating a healthy and varied  diet with garden grown fruits and veggies

You are better off giving minerals to the plants and then eating the plants
The plants convert minerals into safe potable nano forms and create their own plant stones.

Play with fire you will get burned especially if you do not even know that you are playing with fire.

You do not want these minerals oxidizing outside the cell
If you do not understand why that is bad or what that means then you should not be playing with potable metals
