He doesn't say a whole lot about how to prepare the Sal Mirable, and is mostly describing the preparation of Aurum Potabile. The real key here is the preparation of the Fire and Water.

How does Bartlett's way of preparing the Spirit of Uriine differ from that of Glauber?
